How to Buy
Buying on ArcaneStash is three steps, start to finish — no messaging someone first just to find out if an item's even available. Here's exactly what happens at each one.
1. Pick your items
Browse by game from the homepage, or search directly if you already know what you're after. Every listing shows its price, quantity, and (where it matters) which ladder or league it's sold on up front — pick what you want, set the quantity, and add it to your basket. Nothing is reserved or charged at this point.
2. Pay securely
Open your basket and continue to checkout. First you'll fill in your details — email (required), and optionally your BattleTag / in-game name and Discord so we can reach you for delivery. Then you choose how you'd like to pay: PayPal (with a PayPal account, or as a guest with a debit/credit card), or Stripe — which covers a card directly, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link where your device and browser support them (see paying with Apple Pay or Google Pay for exactly what you need). Your order is saved the moment you continue to payment, but nothing is actually charged until you confirm the payment itself. Promo codes and Arcane Coins are entered with your details, and if you're signed in, your level discount is applied automatically — you'll see every discount itemised before you pay.
Paying with Apple Pay or Google Pay
Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed securely by Stripe. Before you start, your phone or computer needs to be set up for them, otherwise the option simply won't appear.
Before you pay: set up your wallet
- Apple Pay: use an iPhone, iPad or Mac and add a debit or credit card to the Wallet app (Settings → Wallet & Apple Pay). Shop in Safari, which is where Apple Pay works best. On a Mac you'll confirm with Touch ID or your nearby iPhone.
- Google Pay: add a card to Google Wallet (on Android) or save a card to your Google account, then shop in Google Chrome while signed in to that Google account. It works on Android phones and on computers.
How to pay
- Add your items to the basket and press Checkout.
- Fill in your email (and your in-game name / Discord if you'd like) and tick I agree to the Terms of Service.
- The quick way: if your wallet is set up, a black or white Apple Pay or Google Pay button appears at the bottom of the checkout, just above the main button. Tap it and confirm with Face ID, your fingerprint or your PIN. Done.
- No button showing? Choose Stripe as your payment method and press Place order. You'll go to Stripe's secure payment page, where Apple Pay or Google Pay is offered at the top if your device supports it. You can also just pay with your card there.
Still don't see Apple Pay or Google Pay?
- No card added to Apple Wallet / Google Wallet yet, or the card isn't supported by your bank.
- Wrong browser: Apple Pay needs Safari on Apple devices; Google Pay needs Chrome.
- You opened our site from inside another app (Discord, Instagram, Facebook…). Tap the menu and choose Open in Safari or Open in Chrome.
- You're in a private / incognito window, which often hides saved wallets.
- Your order is fully paid with Arcane Coins or a promo code, or comes to less than $0.50, so there's nothing left to pay by wallet.
None of these fix it? You can always pay by card through Stripe, or with PayPal, and our team is happy to help on Discord.
3. Fast delivery
Once payment is confirmed, you'll get an order number — keep it handy, it's how you and we both reference your order going forward. Delivery timing depends on the specific item (check the delivery info shown on each listing's page), but we aim to be fast. You can check on an order any time using our order tracker.

If you're unsure which ladder/league an item is for, how delivery works for a specific listing, or anything else before you buy — reach out on Discord first, or open a ticket using the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the page. Either way, it's a lot easier to sort out beforehand than after.

Customer levels — permanent discounts
Every signed-in customer has a level. As your total spend with us grows, you move up a level — and each level unlocks a discount on everything in the store. It's permanent: once you've reached a level, you keep it and its discount for good.

- What counts: the amount you actually pay on completed orders placed while signed in. Money saved through promo codes or paid with Arcane Coins doesn't count toward your level.
- Applied automatically: no code needed — your level discount shows up as its own line at checkout, and it works alongside promo codes and Arcane Coins.
- Keep track: your current level and how much is left to the next one are shown on your profile, in the site header, and in the menu on mobile.
- Stacks with cashback: you still earn 5% back in Arcane Coins on every order, at every level.
Gift cards
Gift cards are the easy present for any Diablo 2 Resurrected or Path of Exile player. They come in $10, $25, $50 and $100 and are listed under Browse games → Gift Cards.
- Buying one: add a card to your basket and check out while signed in to a free account. As soon as the payment goes through, your code (it looks like AS-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) is emailed to you and saved under Profile → Gift cards. Send it to a friend or keep it for yourself.
- Always full price: promo codes, level discounts, Arcane Coins and cashback don't apply to gift cards.
- Using one: a gift card turns into Arcane Coins — its full value, 1 coin = $1. Whoever has the code signs in, goes to Profile → Gift cards, enters it and presses Redeem. The coins land on their account straight away, and they spend them in the Arcane Coins box at checkout like any other coins.
- Got several cards? Redeem them all in your profile — the coins simply add up on your balance.
- One code, one use: each code can be redeemed once. After that, its value lives on as Arcane Coins on the account that redeemed it.
